Bodnik bows?
I'm still looking for the right bow! I've been hunting and shooting hand me downs
Since I started back into traditional. I had the pleasure of shooting a Zipper and
Black widow this past weekend but don't want to drop the money till I know
It's perfict. Does anyone know anything about Bodnik bows specifically the
Slick Stick?

RE: Bodnik bows?
Sorry, I don't know anything about the Bodnik bows. However, I have shot a ton of different bows. Nothing really holds up to zippers, stalkers, in my opinion. Blackwidows, are also a very nice bow. Good Luck!

RE: Bodnik bows?
I recommend first deciding on what style of bow you want. I.e (longbow or recurve, one piece or takedown, bow length, and grip style, etc..). Once you decide that find a bowyer with that kind of bow and research them getting a bunch of different peoples first hand reviews of there bows. More than likely unless you have shot alot of bows from alot of bowyers, if you pick a good bowyer and do your research I'm pretty sure you will be happy with your new bow

RE: Bodnik bows?
I can speak first hand on the bodnik slick stick! It is a fabulous bow for the money. Fast and quiet. Draws very smooth with no noticeable stack out to 30in. This bow has all my time now. I love shooting it. I did a full review on another forum if interested I'll post it here. Henry bodnik is a well established bowyer in eruope. He also posted my review to his bearpaw blog
